Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, with solid theoretical knowledge in power electronics, motor control, and lithium-battery-powered systems. Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic product development, preferably in brushless motor control modules, switching power supplies, or cordless power tool applications using lithium battery platforms. Strong knowledge of manufacturing BOM structure, PCBA assembly processes, PCBA auto testing etc. Good hands-on capability in product development and problem solving. Effective communication skills , including English reading, writing, and speaking ability, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a strong willingness to learn, improve, and share knowledge Responsibilities Lead Design-to-Value and productivity initiatives across existing electronic platforms to improve cost, quality, performance, and efficiency while balancing functionality, reliability, and user experience. Drive cross-functional collaboration with PE, Software, GSM, Quality, Manufacturing, and Productivity teams to identify, evaluate, and implement value engineering and cost-reduction opportunities. Provide technical problem-solving and risk management for control modules by supporting troubleshooting, DFMEA, design reviews, validation, failure analysis, and mitigation of technical, cost, and delivery risks. Deliver cost analysis and savings execution by interpreting component cost structures, benchmarking competitors, leading Value analysis/Value engineering discussions, advancing sourcing and engineering actions, and reporting progress, findings, and realized savings to management.
