Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)     工作概述： 根据业务发展及增长需求，开展多联机工程及解决方案新建业务，带领团队达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长。与内部团队跨部门协作，沟通设计院，顾问，工程公司，为客户提供方案设计，在满足客户需求的情况下，实现多联机解决方案新建业务的推广和销售的任务。   关键岗位职责： 结合公司战略目标及市场情况，制定多联机销售策略和区域落地行动计划，带领并推动团队实现既定的销售和利润目标； 积极寻求工程项目机会，在公共建筑（办公楼/酒店/商业体）、工业等重点行业提供工程及整体配套解决方案，实现与终端客户的持续合作。 管理团队日常销售行为，确保符合公司要求并通过项目管理平台进行及时更新； 按时完成出货及收款工作。   任职资格: 本科或以上学历，有较强的暖通或其他理工科专业背景（如制冷及低温技术，建筑环境与能源应用，电气工程等）；熟悉暖通及整体工程系统； 8年以上的空调系统解决方案的直销经验；5年以上销售团队管理经验； 具备丰富的终端客户及业主资源，在公共建筑（办公楼/酒店/商业体）或工业行业；具备大型VRF销售案例者 熟悉工程概预算及施工过程，能识系统施工图等； 对销售工作充满热情，目标为导向，积极主动解决问题； We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
