As a member of the Cottonelle Flushable Wipes Research & Development team you will work to identify and commercialize product innovations aligned to consumer and business needs, and support product development for current in-market products within the Family Care business. The individual in this role will work on a team and collaborate broadly across the organization to drive innovation from initial ideas, through pilot scale development, and onto commercial assets. In this role, you will: Support and execute product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, with a primary focus on delivering innovative, consumer-preferred products. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D project leads, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Legal, Insights & Analytics, and other key stakeholders to ensure product designs meet strategic requirements and brand objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans, utilizing consumer and technical studies to optimize product performance and substantiation of benefits and claims. Support and manage product testing, including technical evaluations, Home Use Tests (HUTs), and product safety testing; analyze data and document learning. Champion product innovation by integrating consumer insights, technical feasibility, and business needs; ensure that product and packaging meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of product specifications, industry trends, and competitive landscape; analyze and interpret technical data to improve product attributes and reduce costs.
