Job Family : Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Do : Support senior Government leaders in establishing and maturing a Program Executive Office (PEO) responsible for advancing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities. Develop executive-ready briefings, communications products, decision papers, governance artifacts, and strategic planning materials. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, and working groups to drive alignment and execution across organizations. Support acquisition planning, technology modernization efforts, capability roadmaps, and portfolio management activities. Lead process improvement efforts through workflow analysis, SOP development, organizational assessments, and implementation planning. Partner with data, analytics, and technical teams to support AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making initiatives. What You Will Need : An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance; once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph Bachelor's Degree Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community organizations in strategy, transformation, acquisition, program management, organizational development, or mission support functions Experience developing executive briefings, strategic communications, governance artifacts, and decision-support materials for senior leaders Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, digital modernization, or technology transformation initiatives within Government environments What Would Be Nice To Have : Experience supporting NGA, Intelligence Community, DoD, acquisition, or mission-focused organizations Experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or enterprise modernization initiatives Knowledge of governance frameworks, operating models, business process improvement methodologies, and organizational design principles Experience developing capability roadmaps, implementation plans, acquisition strategies, or technology modernization products Executive-ready communication skills with demonstrated experience in facilitation, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement Proactive, self-directed, and immediately productive in ambiguous and evolving mission environments Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, or working groups in complex organizations What We Offer : Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
