You'll become part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization.

Within this role, you will manage critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Act as a main focal point to Subcontract Management personnel as well as Program Management office. Make informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor and establish milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Subcontract Management experience Experience negotiating terms and conditions, and pricing  Desired Skills 
 Extensive Subcontract Management Experience in accordance with FAR 15 Experience collaborating across functions directly supporting Aerospace & Defense Knowledge and deep understanding of Terms & Conditions as well as experience mitigating performance risk as it relates to Terms & Conditions Expert Problem Solving ability Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
