MOMENTUM HEALTH  •  METABOLIC PROGRAM We're Hiring: Momentum Health Coaches Join a physician-led care team helping people build lasting metabolic health — remote, relationship-first coaching, backed by real Motivational Interviewing training. $24–$28/hr Based on experience & certification Hybrid or Remote Work from anywhere in Utah Part-Time → Full-Time Grow your hours as we grow W-2 Employee Liability insurance covered Momentum Health is growing our coaching team, and we're looking for health coaches who want to do more than hand out advice — coaches who build real relationships, keep participants accountable to their own goals, and help them push through setbacks. You'll work hand-in-hand with our program physician as part of a true care team, and you'll be trained in Motivational Interviewing so every conversation helps participants discover their own reasons to change.

Accountability Partner — proactive, non-judgmental check-ins that keep participants consistent with their own goals and commitments. Motivator — recognize real progress and help participants push through plateaus, setbacks, and discouragement. Troubleshooting Partner — help participants work through real-life barriers to nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. Physician Team Partner — coordinate closely with the program physician, relaying care-plan updates and escalating clinical questions promptly.

Current, active health coach certification (NBC-HWC or another nationally recognized credential) — preferred not required. 1+ years in health and wellness coaching or related field experience. Strong listening skills and comfort holding open-ended, exploratory conversations rather than a script. Willingness to train in Motivational Interviewing — we teach it as part of onboarding. A reliable, private space to take remote coaching calls and a consistent weekly schedule. Compensation & Growth Coaches earn $24–$28 per hour, based on experience and certification — competitive with the Utah health coach market. Hourly pay covers coaching sessions, participant outreach between sessions, and documentation. This is a W-2 position: you're covered under Momentum Health's professional liability insurance, so there's no need to carry your own policy. Coaches start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours as our participant base and coaching schedules expand — so this role can grow with you.
