Position
General Accountant Job Description: We are looking for a General Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. If you have a strong accounting background and hands-on experience with accounting systems, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a General Accounting role. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Oracle ERP systems. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
