The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity Experienced Business Analyst to join the Data Migration team for a large-scale Private Banking implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in private banking products and demonstrate hands-on experience in data analysis, mapping, and validation processes across complex source and target systems.   Your Key Responsibilities

Lead Data Migration Strategy: Define and oversee the end-to-end migration approach, including ETL processes, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation for Temenos Wealth implementations. Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on Temenos T24 architecture, administration, configuration, and data structures, ensuring robust migration solutions. Design & Development Oversight: Supervise development activities using Infobasic, Core Java, EJB, J2EE, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) to deliver high-quality migration components. Database Management: Ensure efficient handling of relational and hierarchical databases such as Oracle, DB2, Postgres, MySQL, and MSSQL, including performance tuning and optimization. Functional Knowledge: Apply expertise in core banking and wealth modules, including Private Banking, Securities, Accounting, Compliance, AML, and GL structures, to align migration with business requirements. Documentation & Governance: Prepare and validate migration documentation, including strategy papers, data mapping, ETL process flows, and reconciliation reports, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, clarify migration needs, and provide regular progress updates to project managers and technical leads. Leadership & Team
