Operationalize prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams. Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams. Thrive as a collaborate developer in an Agile environment. Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering. Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions. What you need to have:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Bachelor’s or Masters in AI/ML 9+ years of experience  Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great) Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack Experience with or knowledge of Python Strong comprehension of restful APIs A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian Knowledge on LLM's Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques Knowledge on RAG What makes you stand out?
