This is a field based position** Position Purpose: Support the People Leader in the day-to-day operation of the Facility. Ensure a safe, comfortable, clean, and functional working environment; perform daily operational duties and specific project work; coordinate vendor activities; and assist in repairs of facilities as needed Lead team through daily tasks Lead project management activities, including reconfiguring office space, partnering with vendors, etc. Answer product and service questions; resolve customer dissatisfaction issues in relation to repair and maintenance of site; respond to customer's calls/ticket; clarify customer complaint; expedite correction or adjustment; answer questions regarding appropriate measures of service; provide information for more effective follow up in the future; follow up to ensure resolution Coordinate failure analysis of equipment and facility utilization to recommend repair and schedule maintenance; conduct physical counts and reconcile with inventory data records to ensure secure storage of assets; maintain a library of resource materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth office operation Lead building assessments for seating placement, cleanliness, repairs and maintenance Oversee the CENTENE Safe Program for the buildings within your portfolio Education/Experience: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience. 4+ years of facilities experience.
