Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Receiving Inspection Associate Analyst. This is a Full-Time (Monday-Friday, Daylight) role working onsite at our Aerospace manufacturing plant in Euclid, OH! The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: The Receiving Inspection Analyst is responsible for supplier support to the team responsible for the manufacture, assembly and testing of externally manufactured products and purchased parts. In addition, supports issues such as MRB review, Cost Out, Reduction in DPPM, and Improvement Initiatives. Essential Functions: - Collaborate with suppliers developing parts and/or transitioning parts from another supplier. This includes clarifications of Eaton requirements, reviewing PPAP, First Article Inspections. - Review and support First Article Inspection documentation to verify supplier compliance with drawing, specification, and customer requirements prior to production release. - Review supplier concession requests for technical accuracy, quality impact, customer requirements, and proper disposition in coordination with Engineering, Quality, and Operations. - Drive reductions in Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM), Scrap and improvement in First Pass Yield (FPY) of purchased products. - Support response to customer requested corrective action and support of customers regarding purchased materials. - Support operations through timely disposition of supplier related nonconforming materials found during manufacturing and requiring corrective actions to avoid recurrence. - Support operations by driving corrective action through DMRs to get full root cause analysis, determination of permanent corrective actions, and implementation and follow-up of corrective actions. - This position requires interaction with internal customers, suppliers as well as internal personnel at all levels of the organization. Interaction is providing the controlled interface between an Eaton manufacturing supplier (both internal and external) and the Eaton customer. - Work with site Engineers; other dept team members; & regulatory representatives to interpret or reach agreement on Quality procedures, and acceptability of products and assure compliance with the specified customer and government requirements. - Lead or participate continuous improvement efforts for internal and external processes utilizing quality functional tools such as LPAs; lean events; internal/external audits; MSAs, PPAP, and process capability studies. - Maintain accurate records to comply with company and customer record retention requirements. Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications: • Three (3)+ years of combined work experience in an inspection; receiving; manufacturing and/or operations environment. • One (1)+ year of work experience in a regulated environment (AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, etc.) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now and in the future. • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
