Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands   Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting activities across multiple programs and business units. Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior leadership. Manage project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting using tools such as Jira, Planview, and SharePoint to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and Business Intelligence tools. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives. Perform financial reconciliations, cost analysis, cash flow management, month-end close activities, and compliance with GAAP accounting standards. Support system implementations, process automation, workflow optimization, and data migration initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for leadership and key stakeholders. This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in Kennesaw, GA.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and financial modeling. Strong experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Intacct, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and Alteryx. Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost management activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline. Experience supporting large financial services, banking, manufacturing, technology, or consulting organizations. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies with experience administering Jira workflows and reporting. Experience leading ERP implementations, financial transformations, system integrations, or data migration projects. Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CPA, CFA, or Agile/Scrum certifications. Experience developing executive dashboards and advanced reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management.
