Meet the Team: The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as a Supervisor in our Manufacturing Solutions Lab. As the Lab Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team operating on our Back End Day shift to support our overall Business Units that operates 24/7.  This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, review production performance and results, and make decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved.  This job spends a significant amount of time leading and developing a production team. Back End Day shift: This role is on a 12-hour day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm) Every Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule Shift Premium: 20 % premium You must have the right to work in Ireland. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
