You’ll get to:     Lead the global product portfolio lifecycle from concept and launch through phase-out, ensuring categories remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with business priorities. Develop and execute strategic category plans while driving SKU optimization, inventory performance, and accurate product data management across launches, changes, deletions, and promotions. Lead new product development and commercialization by applying end-user research and the jobs-to-be-done framework, partnering with global cross-functional teams, and driving regional launch readiness, product setup, packaging, documentation, and in-market execution. Serve as the key product contact across EMEA and ANZ, leveraging customer, channel, and market insights to guide portfolio decisions, support presentations and market visits, drive research initiatives, and enable effective product training and communication. You also have:   Proven experience in product management, product marketing, category management, or a related commercial role.  Degree-level qualification in marketing, business, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
