THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Operations Analyst to our Business Transformation team in São Paulo!
Our mission is to improve our clients' operational routine by making our processes scalable and standardized, while striving to be the reference area within Wellhub, ensuring quality in execution always in partnership with other internal teams.
The goal of the Client Operations LatAm team is to ensure the efficiency, quality, and correct execution of HR client processes, aligned with the sales and finance teams.
As part of the team, you will interact with our external clients, supporting the analysis of our clients' data, supporting the sales teams in established processes, and working to ensure operational alignments are followed.
YOUR IMPACT
• Identify and map improvement opportunities for the Operations team and the client pillar as a whole.
• Lead projects and initiatives, taking ownership of deliverables and coordinating actions with other teams as needed.
• Organize meetings, office hours, and training sessions with stakeholders to address tasks, request support, communicate improvements, and align on new processes.
• Create documents to formalize improvements to processes, policies, and other definitions, as well as track ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization, both technical and non-technical, to ensure successful deliveries.
• Develop solutions to increase the efficiency of partner operations teams, optimizing their time and implementing controls to reduce potential errors.
• Manage expectations and effectively overcome objections.

WHO YOU ARE
• Resides in São Paulo.
• Availability to go to the office when required.
• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and generate corporate presentations.
• Proactive profile, focused on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal relationships and collaboration.
• Advanced English required.
• Knowledge of SQL (intermediate/advanced) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) is a plus.
• Prior experience in process mapping or business transformation projects is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or B2B operations is a plus.
