This is an entry-level position that provides a structured development pathway into the disciplines of Information Management (IM), Information Technology (IT), Digital Solutions, Cyber Security, Applications, Data Management, Operational Technology, and SAP. The role is designed for early-career graduates who demonstrate strong potential, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to building a long-term career in the oil and gas sector. You will follow a customized development plan combining formal training, on-the-job experience, mentoring, and practical project assignments, with the aim of progressing into specialist or technical roles upon successful completion of the program.

Participate in a structured graduate development and rotational training program across relevant technology disciplines Support daily activities within assigned teams including IM, IT, Cyber Security, Digital Solutions, SAP, Data Management, and Operational Technology Assist experienced professionals with project, operational, and end-user support activities Complete assigned technical, business, and professional development courses Contribute to data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation tasks Participate in workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities Support technology adoption, user engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop an understanding of oil and gas business processes and the technologies that support them Demonstrate commitment to HSE standards, company policies, and professional conduct at all times What We Are Looking For We are recruiting on potential, not experience.
