In this role, you are expected to: The Loan Documentation & Processing Group Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the strategic direction, operational governance, and transformation agenda for the Wealth North America (NAM) Loans Operations organization. The role provides end-to-end leadership across a broad lending portfolio, including Agency, Syndicated, Bilateral, Structured Lending, and Securities-Based Lending (SBL) products, ensuring operational excellence throughout the loan lifecycle from onboarding and documentation through servicing and portfolio administration. As a member of the Wealth Operations leadership team, the incumbent leads a large, multi-functional organization responsible for transaction execution, loan operations, servicing, and operational readiness while maintaining a strong risk and control environment. The role is accountable for balancing business growth, operational scalability, regulatory compliance, and client experience, while driving innovation and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to Wealth Product, Front Office, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Audit functions to shape the future operating model for Wealth Lending, deliver large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensure sustainable operational performance within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for Wealth NAM Loans Operations in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead and develop a high-performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Establish organizational priorities, performance goals, workforce strategies, and succession plans to support long-term business growth. Oversee resource management, organizational design, and budget utilization to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. Serve as a senior member of the Wealth Operations leadership team, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic decision-making. Loan Lifecycle Management Provide executive oversight across the full lending lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation review, booking, funding, servicing, amendments, and loan closure activities. Ensure effective execution of Agency, Syndicated, Bilateral, Structured Lending, and Securities-Based Lending transactions. Partner with Relationship
