Job Overview
The HCC EMEA Regional Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the Healthcare Compliance strategy and effective execution of the Compliance Program across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region for DePuy Synthes. The EMEA Regional Lead also serves as the Compliance Officer for local market(s) based on location, providing end‑to‑end strategic and operational compliance leadership. This role partners closely with regional and country commercial, medical, and functional leaders to enable ethical business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad regional impact, offering the opportunity to shape compliance strategy in a complex and diverse regulatory environment while supporting innovation and patient access across Orthopedics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the EMEA Healthcare Compliance strategy in alignment with DePuy Synthes global compliance objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to EMEA senior leaders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and business decisions.
