Senior Staff Supervisor Production

In this role, you will be the critical link between operations, engineering, planning, and management teams , overseeing daily production activities, optimizing workforce deployment, and enabling continuous operational improvements. You will also champion automation initiatives , support strategic projects, and play a key role in developing team capabilities through coaching and mentoring. Key responsibilities in your new role Lead and oversee daily shift production operations , ensuring achievement of output, quality, safety, and delivery targets. Manage manpower planning and deployment , ensuring adequate coverage, attendance management, and workforce productivity. Coordinate shopfloor activities and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Operations teams to resolve production issues and meet business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, operational efficiency, yield, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while supporting operator competency development, certification, and performance improvement programs . Serve as the key interface between senior management and operational teams , ensuring effective communication and execution of business priorities. Support audit readiness, 5S compliance, and safety standards , maintaining a well-organized and efficient manufacturing environment. Lead and support automation projects and complex operational initiatives , providing analysis, problem-solving, and timely escalation of critical production issues.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering , or a related discipline. Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Backend Manufacturing is preferred. Hands-on experience with Final Test Equipment and manufacturing operations. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) applications. Willingness and ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts (Day or Night Shift). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving , analytical , and organizational skills . Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
