The Chief Security Office is seeking a forward-thinking Business Information Security Officer (BISO) who combines deep cybersecurity expertise with practical AI innovation. This role serves as the primary security advisor to assigned business organizations, driving risk-informed decision making, secure technology adoption, and business-aligned cybersecurity outcomes. The successful candidate will leverage AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to enhance security operations, improve risk visibility, and accelerate the delivery of secure business solutions. Key responsibilities: • Serve as the Cyber Security SME and trusted advisor for assigned Business Units, aligning cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security initiatives with business priorities and outcomes • Advise on secure architecture, solution design, and technology adoption, ensuring cybersecurity requirements are embedded into business and technology initiatives, including AI/ML-enabled solutions • Translate cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, leveraging automation and intelligent workflows to simplify adoption and compliance • Design and implement AI-enabled capabilities, including automation, analytics, and LLM-based solutions, to enhance risk management, security operations, and business efficiency • Lead risk management activities by identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and tracking vulnerabilities, threats, control gaps, and remediation activities using data-driven and AI-assisted approaches • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement scalable security controls, strengthen cyber resilience, and reduce enterprise risk • Improve security operations and incident readiness by leveraging AI-driven insights, automation, and advanced technologies to enhance detection, investigation, and response capabilities • Develop and communicate cybersecurity metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting that improve risk visibility, transparency, and decision-making • Foster a security-conscious and innovation-driven culture through cybersecurity awareness, responsible AI adoption, and continuous evaluation of emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends Required Skills: • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, or similar) • Proven ability to collaborate across business, technology, and security organizations to deliver strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes • Present cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and program performance to senior leaders and executive audiences • Demonstrate ability to influence decisions, build alignment, and drive outcomes across organizations without direct authority Understanding and Application of AI: • Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) techniques in cybersecurity contexts • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (such as Copilot for Security, Darktrace, CrowdStrike Charlotte AI, or custom LLM integrations) to enhance detection, response, automation
