India Analyst, Talent Acquisition

Job Opening: India Analyst, Talent Acquisition Location: Indore Experience Required: 1 to 3 years We are hiring for an India Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in India. If you have a passion for recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to quickly fill numerous open positions. Efficiently reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates that meet the necessary IT skills and experience for bulk hiring needs. Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews to assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment. Maintain recruitment data and reports for tracking and analysis. Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.

Experience: 1-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.

MBA preferred but not mandatory.
