What You Will Do
Manage material planning, inventory performance, and risks to meet inventory and financial targets. Analyze demand, supply, and inventory trends; develop actionable recommendations and escalate risks. Establish and maintain planning parameters, including MRP types, MOQs, lot sizes, and planning strategies. Support SIOP, inventory forecasting, purchased-parts forecasting, PIR management, and scenario planning. Develop and maintain inventory KPIs, PFEP, variance reporting, ABC segmentation, and executive insights. Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, planning processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications
You Must Have A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Qualifications
We Prefer Experience in materials planning, supply chain, inventory management, operations, or a related field Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or other ERP/MRP and supply chain planning systems. Experience with inventory forecasting, optimization, or planning parameter management. Experience with SIOP/S&OP, financial planning, or E&O processes. Knowledge of MRP, PIRs, purchased-parts forecasting, PFEP, and ABC segmentation. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics/reporting tools. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or manufacturing environments.
