Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Strategy & Execution practice as an Associate Vice President. The role focuses on helping clients define technology-enabled business strategies, drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, assess AI opportunities, identify AI use cases and define risks. Additionally, the individual may also have experience in delivering technology due diligence, carve-out, integration, and value creation programs. Key Responsibilities a. Digital Transformation & Technology Strategy - Lead enterprise-wide technology assessments and transformation programs. - Develop technology strategies, future-state technology architectures, application landscapes, cloud strategies, digital roadmaps, and target tech operating models aligned to business objectives. - Support CIO and business stakeholders in prioritizing strategic initiatives, investment cases, and transformation portfolios. - Develop technology governance frameworks, KPIs, and value realization mechanisms. b. AI Strategy & Emerging Technologies - Define enterprise AI strategies, AI operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmaps. - Identify and prioritize AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases across industrial and manufacturing value chains. - Evaluate AI maturity across strategy, data, technology, security, governance, and organizational dimensions. - Develop business cases and value realization models for AI investments. c. Technology M&A and Transaction Advisory - Lead Technology Due Diligence (Buy-side and Sell-side) engagements. - Assess application landscapes, infrastructure environments,
