About this role
Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
About the Role
Join our Revenue Operations team as the business partner to our growing Customer Success organization. You'll own the end-to-end B2B2C enrollment funnel—from eligibility through outreach to member enrollment—building the data, metrics, and operating cadence that drive measurable growth.
This is a senior, outcomes-focused role. Success means turning complex data into clear recommendations, moving work from analysis to action, and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver results.
What You'll Own
• Own enrollment funnel reporting across eligibility, outreach, and member conversion.
• Build and maintain a unified data model linking B2B customer activity to B2C member outcomes, standardizing funnel stages, metrics, and attribution.
• Identify and resolve data gaps, system disconnects, and process inefficiencies limiting enrollment visibility.
• Develop dashboards and insights that help CSMs and leaders improve funnel health, outreach performance, and conversion.
• Lead stakeholder reviews with clear recommendations, decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Partner with field teams to build practical analytics that incorporate frontline insights and drive adoption.
• Collaborate across Operations, CSM, Marketing, and Engineering to improve data quality, integrations, and reporting.
• Establish operating rhythms to track funnel performance, drive accountability, and enable continuous improvement.
• Lead Customer Success annual planning, including capacity, territories, quotas, incentives, roadmaps, and targeting.
About You
You have built or optimized multi-stage funnels across systems and teams, bringing structure to ambiguous, fragmented data through strong data modeling, systems thinking, and stakeholder influence.
• You ship. A strong bias toward action; you move work from analysis to decision to completion on time with clear milestones, flagging timeline changes before they impact stakeholders.
• You lead with the “so what.” You distill complexity into a clear takeaway, business impact, and recommended action—enabling decisions rather than further exploration—and resist unnecessary metric complexity.
• You prioritize ruthlessly. You scope tightly, focus on the highest-impact work, and decline or defer lower-value requests rather than spreading effort thin.
• You create clarity for others. You drive discussions to decisions, owners, and next steps, bring proposed paths forward rather than escalating ambiguity, and own business outcomes end-to-end.
