The role will coordinate business and IT workstreams spanning finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, data, integrations, security, testing, cutover, and organizational change. The Program Manager will establish integrated governance, plans, budgets, dependencies, decision forums, and outcome measures; direct delivery across internal teams, software vendors, and systems integrators; and provide transparent reporting to executive sponsors and steering committees. This role reports to the Office of Planning & Delivery (OPD), part of the Office of the CIO (OCIO). PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads the full lifecycle of a large, global, cross-functional ERP transformation from strategy and business case through design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and value realization. Builds and maintains an integrated, outcome-based transformation roadmap and plan of record covering business process, application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, controls, organizational change, deployment, and operational readiness. Establishes the program governance model, decision rights, workstream structure, delivery methodology, and executive reporting cadence; facilitates steering committee, program leadership, design authority, dependency, risk, and decision forums. Partners with executive sponsors, business process owners, and IT leaders across finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, commercial operations, data, architecture, security, and infrastructure to define the transformation vision, scope, deployment strategy, business case, measurable outcomes, and accountabilities. Coordinates objective, business-led Oracle Cloud ERP and SAP S/4HANA platform assessments, proofs of concept, fit-to-standard activities, architecture reviews, solution design, implementation planning, and vendor recommendations. Drives timely enterprise design decisions and global process harmonization, including chart of accounts, master data, integrations, reporting, controls, historical data, deployment sequencing, legal-entity and regional requirements, compliance, and business continuity. Manages interdependencies across ERP workstreams and adjacent platforms and owns consolidated scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, critical-path activities, changes, decisions, and actions. Directs integrated data, integration, and testing readiness, including ownership, quality thresholds, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, mock conversions, controls, cutover validation, and functional, integration, regression, performance, security, user acceptance, and operational testing. Integrates stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained process change into the transformation plan. Leads deployment, cutover, business-continuity preparation, command-center readiness, go-live governance, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to the future ERP product, platform, and support operating model, including clear service ownership, governance, support processes, and continuous-improvement mechanisms.
