Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. We're looking for a Technology Manager to focus on technology operations, risk management and resilience, and regulatory readiness. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our platforms operate in line with regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards. Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring that they have been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed Collaborating on larger change and transformation programmes Representing the local Technology team to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth Leading and executing projects through global stakeholder management Overseeing frameworks to ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MAS requirements for TRM) Ensuring adherence to PDPA Act 2012 for customer data What you'll need 7+ years experience in financial services or fintech (or serving it from a leading technology or IT services provider) Expertise in project management Solid risk-awareness and an understanding of risk management frameworks, such as the three lines of defence in financial services A good understanding of technology within financial services Familiarity with applicable financial services regulations in Singapore, such as PDPA, MAS TRM, and Digital and Operational Resilience guidelines Experience partnering with an executive team, as well as the ability to work closely with global team members to deliver results Experience in retail banking, and familiarity with the features offered by Revolut Fluency in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills Great problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions Nice to have Technology and change delivery experience at a leading/global consultancy firm Experience building and/or scaling up the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech Relevant industry-recognised certifications or qualifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), ITIL, ITSM, or PMP Proficiency in SQL Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
