Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing product and market trends research. Identify and assess new market opportunities, competition and product development resources. Gather information on availability, pricing, orders status from suppliers. Attend trade shows to evaluate products and trends. Communicate sourcing opportunities to buyers for evaluation and potential purchase. Coordinate buyer trips, scheduling manufacturer visits, and accompany buyers to facilitate the selection and negotiation process. Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential. Extensive knowledge of brands, product categories, and manufacturers, gained through hands-on experience and professional training. Good communication skills to discuss orders with buyers of all TJX Divisions. Able to build relationships, be personable, maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with others Experience with Microsoft to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Comfortable with frequent national and international travel.
