Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. This position is in Palmdale, CA  Discover Palmdale. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.  Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Basic Qualifications 
  Bachelor’s degree • Experience with Microsoft Office applications • Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration • Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs • Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders • Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, or Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool Desired Skills 
 • Aerospace experience • Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance • Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner •
