About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative within Commercial Banking Operations, supporting the Transaction & Processing team. This role is responsible for conducting post-closing collateral reviews and ensuring commercial loan documentation and collateral records meet established requirements. In this role, you will: Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks Act as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursements Monitor collateral and preparing payoff letters, releasing collateral Audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billing Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Basic knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, perfection, and business entities Knowledge and understanding of equipment leasing or automobile title processing Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgement Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Candidate must be based out of posted location This position offers a hybrid work schedule Relocation assistance is not available for this position Ability to work additional hours as needed Locations: San Antonio, TX Posting End Date: 19 Aug 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
