The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position: Minibar Coordinator

Monitor and replenish minibar stock on a daily basis, ensuring that all products are fully stocked, attractively presented, and readily available for guests at all times. Regularly check product expiration and best-before dates to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain the minibar area in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and high service standards. Conduct routine inventory checks and accurately track stock levels, identifying replenishment needs and supporting the efficient management of minibar supplies.

A solid background in the upscale hospitality industry is highly valued, providing a strong foundation for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. A genuine passion for creating memorable and unique guest experiences, with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations and ensuring every stay is truly special. The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability in daily operations. A resilient and positive attitude, combined with excellent teamwork skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic hospitality environment. Good command of German and/or English, enabling effective communication with guests and colleagues; additional foreign language skills are considered a valuable asset.
