Job Profile Summary Responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated enterprise delivery portfolio management performance and trends and in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities for senior executives to drive business growth and value across the organization Job Description CUSTOMER Lead end-to-end enterprise reporting monthly/quarterly cycles—from intake and analysis through executive commentary and publication. Reconcile submissions, investigate material variances and deliver timely leadership insight. Develop analysis and proper visualization or presentation to illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunities. Produce insights and recommend business actions to support business strategy and/or solve business problems. Work in partnership with various functional areas to provide day-to-day support and delivery of analytics. Execute on data requests accurately and within a timely manner. Represent functional area as an analytics & insights professional and key resource. Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs for a given domain while leveraging tools/ techniques/ methods that can be easily interpreted by the target audience. Provides day-to-day support and delivery of analytics insights and collateral. Contribute to the identification of key performance indicators. SHAREHOLDER Protect completeness, accuracy and traceability across every reporting cycle. Apply common standards; maintain evidence and procedures; document control points; resolve gaps and conflicting narratives at source. Provide suggestions, ideas, and opportunities to support business needs. Identify opportunities for business/revenue growth and/or efficiencies for an assigned business or function. Identify and investigate data/analytics related issues. Ensure data analysis and insights are reviewed to validate accuracy and minimize any potential errors. Develop analysis to corroborate initial proof of concept. May be required to educate/train business users on how to integrate analytics into decisions. Build business requirements and facilitate project execution to develop insights. Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to interpret and present data effectively and clearly. Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area. Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk activities as necessary. Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development / delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience. Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines. Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
