Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Subject Matter Expert- Supply Chain Solutions position will be based in Chennai . What a typical day looks like: Provide functional support for ILMS 1.1, ILMS 2.0, E&O, and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. Support global sites by resolving application, reporting, data, and business logic-related queries within established SLAs. Serve as a liaison between business users, sites, IT teams, and support organizations to ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor system performance, data quality, and business process adherence across supported applications. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from global stakeholders. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, business rules, process flows, and user stories. Work closely with business and IT teams to evaluate enhancement requests and recommend solution improvements. Support solution design reviews and business process standardization initiatives. Facilitate seamless MDSS integration activities and provide functional support throughout migration projects. Participate in migration planning, validation, testing, go-live activities to ensure business readiness. Perform migration validations based on established standards, templates, and lessons learned from previous implementations. Identify migration risks proactively and work with business and IT teams to implement mitigation plans. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business sign-offs, training, and post-production stabilization activities. Support ad hoc integrations for Non-BAAN sites , including requirement gathering, data validation, UAT coordination, go-live readiness assessment, and post-deployment support. Maintain migration checklists, validation frameworks, and deployment documentation to ensure consistent execution across implementations. Log, prioritize, track, and resolve business and system issues. Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with IT and business teams. Support production incidents and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Monitor recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions. Here is some of what you’ll need (required) Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory, E&O, Supplier Liability, and Master Data processes. Experience with ILMS, E&O, ERP (BAAN/LN), MDM platforms , and supply chain applications. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, MSTR, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms . Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, UAT, and application support processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
