What You Will Get To Do:   We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team at SS&C Fund Services (Asia) Limited. This role will involve overseeing and managing a portfolio of complex fund administration services, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Lead and manage a team of fund administration professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Oversee the daily operations and service delivery for a diverse portfolio of alternative investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate funds. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client service level agreements. Act as a primary point of contact for key client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and proactively addressing client needs and concerns. Review and approve complex financial statements, investor reports, and other fund-related documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team, identifying and implementing efficiencies and best practices. Participate in new client onboarding and due diligence processes. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., legal, compliance, technology) to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present management reports and updates to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is highly preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fund administration, with a strong focus on alternative investments. Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a financial services environment. In-depth knowledge of various fund structures, financial instruments, and accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP). Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., SFC, MAS, Cayman Islands Monetary Authority). Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
