Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for the Crew Member Services team Serve as the first point of contact for employees by responding to HR-related inquiries via paper mail, email, web forms, and phone Advise employees on a broad range of Human Resources policies, procedures, systems, and processes across multiple HR functional areas. Create, update, and maintain accurate employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and case management system. Document all employee interactions thoroughly, ensuring complete and accurate case notes while maintaining confidentiality. Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, status changes, transfers, promotions, and separations. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, leave administration, and other HR operational activities. Monitor and meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including: Customer satisfaction (CSAT) Case resolution and closed contact metrics Escalate complex employee relations or policy issues to the appropriate HR team members when necessary. Generate HR reports and maintain data integrity to support compliance and business operations. Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve HR service delivery and operational processes. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and record retention requirements. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned May be required to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to support business operations.
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources, HR Operations, or Human Resources Administration experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Shared Services environment, HR Service Center, People Operations, Customer Service, or Call Center environment preferred. Experience using HRIS and case management systems is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee support processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
