About this role

About Marvell Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.  At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.  Your Team, Your Impact The ever-growing demand for higher bandwidth, lower power, and smaller footprint driven by AI, cloud services, video streaming megatrends requires advanced solutions. Marvell's field-proven PAM4 DSPs offer an ideal solution for high-speed optical interconnects in cloud data centers and carrier networks. What You Can Expect Evaluate hardware and software features from DSP and come up with implementation plans for qualify/test. Collaborate with vendors/manufacturers in defining and developing test plans for Optical Modules and DSP chips. Automate optical test plans and qualify optical modules from different vendors with different switches. Engineering dashboards and status reporting: Build dashboards and regular status reports that track optical module and DSP qualification progress, interop lab readiness, and key performance metrics across vendors and switch platforms. These give engineering and manufacturing teams a clear, current view of where each qualification stands. Adapt and benchmark open-weight language models to speed up lab data review. Use them to pull answers from specs and past test records, make sense of electrical and optical measurements, sort failures by likely cause, and produce first-draft reports for engineers to refine. Build end-to-end automation that gathers specs and prior test records, reviews lab logs, and runs Python scripts and statistical checks on each result set.
