Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems sector is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to support our growing business in our Rocket Center, West Virginia location. Support projects and processes that ensure continuously improving value to our customers and market segments. Assist Mission Assurance Engineers with inspection definitions and supplier requirements. Observe and identify improvement opportunities to Mission Assurance Engineering for discrepancy items and reporting. Verify process control activities and reports deficiencies as appropriate. Assist Mission Assurance Engineers with root cause analysis investigations and corrective action development. Support Mission Assurance Engineers in conducting Corrective Action Review Board activities. Investigate internal audit-related findings and helps coordinate activities to resolve issues. Support the administration of the Quality Management System Documentation and Record Control processes. Prepare and present data in management-level presentations. Interfaces directly with supplier personnel and must be knowledgeable in and capable of assessing both supplier quality and manufacturing processes and procedures. Supports the maintenance of the approved supplier list and periodically reviews supplier performance to determine whether suppliers should remain on the approved list. Manages supplier requests for waivers, deviations and discrepancy reporting process. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, hardware and software development functions to ensure quality standards are in place Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
