What You'll Be Doing In this highly visible role, you will:

Lead the day-to-day delivery of global immigration and mobility programmes for multinational organisations, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage. Coordinate complex, multi-country projects across a global network of EY member firms, bringing together teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and strategic partner while managing expectations and providing proactive solutions. Drive programme governance, reporting, and performance management across multiple jurisdictions and workstreams. Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure consistent, compliant service delivery on a global scale. Use data, insights, and reporting to support informed decision-making and programme success. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen delivery models, and elevate the client experience. Support engagement management activities, including budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and commercial oversight. Contribute to innovation, knowledge sharing, and the development of best practices that help shape the future of EY's mobility offering.
