As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements. Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and apply technical fluency in relevant platforms and approved tools to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning, fostering continuous learning and reuse-first practices for analysis and documentation Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences Translate requirements into User stories in JIRA with clear Definition of ready and Acceptance criteria. Interface with technical, architect and product teams breaking down requirements. Demonstrate proficiency with JIRA, pulling reports and creating dashboards. Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
