Manage planning parameter in system and drive the planning process improvement. Manage on time delivery through system tools. Define stocking strategy for key account customers. Continues driving inventory reduction and improve working capital. KPI analyze & develop improvement actions Minimize and manage excess & obsolete inventory. Support the development of Supply Chain strategies and systems. Follow up monthly report, such as OTD, Inventory result, Late order report, etc. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through day-to-day operation Coach subordinates to elevate team capability. Other duties from company. Key Qualifications & Requirements  Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Technical Competence & Skills: Good command of written and spoken English Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Good command of computer skill, especially in Excel Leadership Competence: Positive attitude to pressure Excellent communication skill Excellent attention to details, high level of sense of urgency and self-motivation Understand business requirement to provide solutions with both sales & purchase. Need to be highly flexible in work Positive and proactive in attitude Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in material or demand planning Good knowledge of ERP system Others (% of travel, language, etc.): Good command of written and spoken English Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
