About the SAP STAR Program The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that prepares students for full-time employment and long-term success at SAP or within our vast ecosystem of customers and partners after graduation. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAP’s Product & Engineering, Customer Services and Delivery, and Customer Success board areas. What You’ll Build Position title: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program-Business Focus Spring/Summer 2027[Newtown Square] Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square, PA Expected start date to end date: Semester School Students: May 17, 2027 – July 31, 2029/2030 Quarter School Students: March 29, 2027 – July 31, 2029/2030 Working hours: 10-20 hours per week during the School Year / 40 hours per week during Summer Break STAR students first receive a full range of formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills prior to entering their specific department and throughout their rotations. Students are expected to dedicate to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time). Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well positioned for full-time employment at SAP. Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in the areas of customer success, strategy & operations, solution advisory, and functional consulting. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an MIS/ Business major or related field of study at a university local to the Philadelphia area (NOTE: You must have at least two full years left of school to apply!) Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break and/or co-op, as well as part-time hours during the academic year Adaptable, proactive, curious, and willing to learn Collaborative and team-oriented Excellent communicators in English (additional languages a plus) Ability to work both remote and in the SAP Newtown Square office in a hybrid capacity (three days a week in-office) If you require work authorization, you must be able to apply for OPT or Pre-OPT to work during your school terms If you are considering a study abroad program, you must provide written documentation that you are eligible to work during the program
