Job Description
What You Will Do? Drive process automation and digital transformation by analyzing information, applying artificial intelligence tools, and developing data-driven solutions that improve business efficiency, quality, and decision-making. This position will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, reviewing and updating existing processes, and turning findings into automated solutions, visualizations, applications, or workflows that generate sustainable value for the organization.
Responsibilities
Analyze processes, activities, and information flows to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and variation reduction. Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms. Review, update, and document processes, procedures, and standards related to implemented solutions. Use data to identify improvement opportunities, solve problems, and support evidence-based decision-making. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance, quality, productivity, and efficiency indicators. Create or enhance applications, forms, and digital workflows to reduce manual activities and improve information traceability. Evaluate the use of AI tools to optimize processes, retrieve information, generate analysis, and automate repetitive tasks. Participate in pilot projects, launches, and testing of new solutions, ensuring proper adoption and functionality. Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and operations to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver practical solutions. Implement controls that prevent the recurrence of known issues and ensure the quality, security, and reliability of information. Track the results of implemented automations and propose continuous improvements. Communicate progress, risks, results, and opportunities clearly and in a timely manner to stakeholders. Work Appropriately On Site: This position requires working on site on a full-time basis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in process automation, data analysis, digital solution development, artificial intelligence, or related areas. Candidates with practical experience and a proven track record in automation, AI. Intermediate English. Experience or knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps. Knowledge of Google Workspace and search, knowledge management, or collaboration platforms similar to Glean.
