This role owns day-to-day performance against service, cost, and working capital targets by monitoring execution, identifying risks and constraints, and driving coordinated recovery actions across internal teams and external partners.  The Manager establishes clear operating cadences, reinforces execution discipline, and ensures alignment between planning signals and operational outcomes.
