Tech Manager – Medical Review Program

We are seekin g an experienced Tech Manager with strong Workers Compensation experience to support our Medical Review program on a part-time basis. You’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure systems, processes and technology solutions effectively support the delivery of Workers Compensation and Medical Review services.

Provide technology leadership across the Medical Review program Work closely with Workers Compensation and operational stakeholders Support system enhancements, technology projects and process improvements Translate business and Workers Compensation requirements into technology solutions Manage technology issues, risks and dependencies Coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners Support governance, compliance and system performance Provide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders   About You Strong Workers Compensation industry experience is essential Understanding of Workers Compensation claims, medical review and related processes Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams Experience delivering technology improvements within a complex or regulated environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills About us DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernize and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise, proven software platforms, and innovative AI-driven solutions.
