Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION The Technology Audit Associate is a structured 24-month rotational program designed to provide recent graduates with broad exposure to technology auditing, risk management, and regulatory compliance across TD's technology environment. As a Technology Audit Associate, you will develop core audit, risk, and technology skills while working alongside experienced auditors and business partners. Responsibilities may include: Developing a foundational understanding of technology risks, internal controls, and audit methodologies. Participating in a variety of assurance activities, including audits, continuous monitoring, issue validation, regulatory initiatives, and risk assessments. Assessing the design and effectiveness of controls across technology domains such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), data management, infrastructure, application development, application controls, and technology operations. Executing audit testing, analyzing data, documenting observations, and communicating results with guidance from audit leadership. Preparing high-quality audit workpapers, process documentation, narratives, and risk/control assessments. Leveraging data analytics and audit tools to support risk assessments and audit execution. Developing an understanding of application controls, system implementations, software development practices, and technology governance processes to support audit assessments. Collaborating with audit teams and business stakeholders across Canada and the U.S. Building knowledge of the banking industry, regulatory expectations, and TD's risk management framework. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional development. Responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned audit coverage area. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Must have graduated between May 2026 and May 2027 with an Undergraduate degree in Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. Candidates with relevant internship, co-op, or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrates foundational knowledge of technology concepts, including cybersecurity, application development, software development lifecycle (SDLC), data management, information systems, networks, or technology operations. Exhibits strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills. Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Communicates effectively through clear and concise verbal, written, and presentation skills. Works collaboratively and builds effective relationships across teams. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Shows initiative, accountability, and sound professional judgment. Seeks feedback and actively pursues personal and professional development. Familiarity with AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, automation, application development, or emerging technologies is considered an asset.
