The Business Manager will work closely with cross-functional and the APLA Geo, including external partners (retailers, collaborators, etc.) and internal teams (Merchandising, Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Brand counterparts, Operations, DSM/Planning, Finance, and more).

LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Account Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive the Department Stores strategy, collaborating with retailers, cross functional teams and enterprise leaders. We value business managers who can analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver impactful presentations, results oriented and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 6-7 years of relevant business experience, including field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales analysis Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong experience in retail or sales, or field support experience at Nike preferred Demonstrated leadership ability Advance English proficiency is required Team coordniation skills Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations Passion for sports Understanding of the competitive market, customer needs, and retail trends Proficiency in using financial data to inform decisions and maximize account profitability Proficient in Microsoft Office applications WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON The Business Account Manager is responsible for leading the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the partner, ensuring the successful execution of commercial objectives while building operational partnerships with key customers. This role serves as the primary business leader for the account, accountable for delivering sustainable growth through the development and execution of integrated commercial strategies aligned with both company and customer priorities. As a strategic partner to senior account leadership, the Business Account Manager influences key business decisions, identifies growth opportunities and develops portfolio-level strategies across multiple banners, categories or business segments. The role requires deep commercial expertise, strong business acumen and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive mutual value creation. The Business Account Manager owns the seasonal business strategy across multiple sports and product categories, ensuring alignment between consumer demand marketplace opportunities, and financial objectives. By working closely with cross functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance, and Operations, this role drives end-to-end execution and supports the achievement of both short-term targets and long-term business goals. A key responsibility of the role is communicating complex business strategies, seasonal plans, and performance insights to senior internal and external stakeholders. The Business Account Manager is recognized as a subject matter expert, leveraging data, consumer insights, and marketplace knowledge to influence decision-making and foster cross-functional alignment. Additionally, develops mid/long-term growth plans, commercial frameworks, and incentive structures that strengthen partnerships and accelerate business performance. Through strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a results-oriented mindset, this role ensures sustained account growth, marketplace leadership, and the successful delivery of commercial objectives.
