Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Program Analyst to support an Army Acquisition Program in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project while coordinating inputs from multiple organizations. Additionally, you will assist with budget analysis and preparation of budget analysis products for a variety of program requirements. Roles & Responsibilities Consolidate frequent schedule updates from stakeholders and maintain the program master schedule. Track schedule progress and develop customized reports, metrics, and dashboards for program leadership and stakeholders. Interpret schedule analysis results, identify critical activities and impacts, and validate that corrective actions satisfy customer requirements. Perform trend analysis, baseline versus current schedule comparisons, schedule risk assessments, and schedule health checks to include the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-Point Health Analysis. Support all facets of project management to include risk management and earned value. Use the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) to conduct forecasting, obligation/expenditure tracking, reconciliation, budget loading, and creation of funding documents. Prepare Program Life Cycle budgets, budget realignments, prepare input papers and justifications for funding, review budget requirements and spend plans. Generate financial charts, briefings, and written reports for senior leadership. Develop documentation, presentation material, and reports for programs reviews, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) meetings, and briefings. Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Requires an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Requires B.S. degree. 4 years of scheduling experience, or equivalent experience in technical program planning, budget development and administration of government or defense projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certification preferred. Undergraduate Degree in a business discipline preferred. Working knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessment.
