Kallang Avenue #07-01/09 Aperia Tower 1, Singapore General Scope of Work The incumbent will be responsible for all financial planning, analysis, and reporting aspects of the organization, and evaluate the results of operations across business units and headquarters of Asia Pacific region with a view to improve business performance.

Financial planning, analysis, reporting Review monthly actual results, and performance against forecast, plan, and prior year Prepare consolidated actual result reports for the region Review monthly forecast and performance against prior forecast, plan, and prior year Prepare consolidated forecast reports for the region Manage regional templates and standard forms Manage Hyperion system for the region Support annual planning process with analysis and reporting Ad-hoc analysis and reporting Management support Prepare presentation materials for management meetings Manage regional templates and standard forms Support other business functions in analysis and reporting Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, information, presentations Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or ACCA level 3-5 years relevant experience on financial planning and analysis functions in an MNC environment Strong logical, numerical, and analytical skills Strong system skills, Excel, Powerpoint, Hyperion, data analysis tools Effective communication skills across business units, regional and world headquarters Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment with varying work loads Results driven with high precision; Meticulous, detailed and flexible Good organizational and time management skills to manage simultaneous work tasks and responsibilities If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.  Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
