Operational & Mission Systems Training: Develop comprehensive training documentation, manuals, and exercises for advanced technical systems. Create curricula covering normal and degraded modes of operation, as well as mission-specific training that addresses operating environments, physical threats, political concerns, and special operating considerations. Instructional Design & Content Generation: Apply tested theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to create highly retentive training ecosystems. Design dynamic curriculum materials, including engaging presentations, instructional aids, and interactive simulations that address rapidly evolving solution sets and OEM-equivalent Factory Service Representative (FSR) requirements. Knowledge & Records Management: Support and optimize MS 365 and SharePoint-based knowledge environments.
