Requirement collection & solutioning Putting the solution proposal for business to understand the need & ask of the solution Conducting workshops with business to help them understand their needs to find out right solution Guiding engineering team to breakdown solution into the meaningful component Lift and shift Existing application into the cloud environment Refactor existing application to cloud compatible Re-architecture of legacy application into the cloud environment Conducting CBA Minimum viable product (MVP) to the end customer Priority Important Feature delivery of product Drive technical architecture, design and best practices in the capacity of individual contributor as well as in a consulting mode Work with local tech team on our state-of-the-art business application platform Provide guidance and architecture related to public cloud migrations and containerized solutions Lead and develop teams focused on modernization, enablement, and engineering culture Create quick working proof of concepts to validate and formalize solutions and design Own the overall technical design and direction of the developed product Bring innovative ideas to help continuously improve the application portfolio including the design, build, deploy, test and runtime within cloud ecosystems Participate in debugging and performance tuning in a high performance cloud platform Involve in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise Design Discussions Documentation review Architecture/Code reviews Understanding business requirements and translating them into high level implementation plans & flows for development and capability teams Create solution roadmaps and proposals aligning to business objectives and goals Provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making . The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field 10+years of experience - working on multiple layer of technology Common Technical Skills: Database: 8+ working experience of database (SQL or PL/SQL), API / Web Services: Working experience in Web Services / API, REST Architecture etc Hands-on working experience on different platforms like ServiceNow, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery & CSS Hands-on working experience on a few different platforms like ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS , MVC, Web APIs, Angular. Relevant experience in administrating, Development and supporting ServiceNow platforms
