JLL is the brand name, and a registered trademark, of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. www.jll.co.in What this job involves: Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes Maintaining data pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions in HR Systems Managing Employee On boarding formalities Maintaining Exit formalities Manage Letter creation activities related to Promotion, Transfer, Termination, Employee Type changes etc. Managing Learning and Development cases Managing employee benefits/leaves and Payroll transactions/cases Managing HR System semi-functional challenges and act as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams Share HR policies, procedures and other relevant documentation with employees to resolve their query/question Managing & Coordinating queries via Case management tool and emails  Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service Adhere to and demonstrate proficiency in agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures Sounds like you?
